Just when the winter blues are starting to kick in, switch gears and start dreaming about your next exotic spring vacation. These three trips are just what you need to recharge and rejuvenate for spring.

Corsica, the Isle of Beaute Part Italian, part French, the exotic Isle of Beaute, Corsica, located in the turquoise waters off the south of France awards a vacation of a lifetime. Our biking is spectacular.. through tiny villages ablaze with scarlet bougainvillea and along winding cliffs that plunge down to white sand beaches below. After an exhilarating day's ride we reward ourselves by relaxing poolside under the warm afternoon sun. In the evening we dine on the freshest island ingredients, rosemary infused boar and delicate lobster with lemon and mint. A week spent in Corsica is a week of total renewal.

Sicilia, Island of Intrigue What better way to enjoy your holiday than to island hop your way through Sicily? From Lipari, the largest of the Aeolian Islands to mainland Sicily, Bike Riders experiences the warmth and beauty of the islands. Our rides bring us to Salina, the remote island made famous in Il Postino, to the beautiful mountaintop village of Savoca, where Godfather fans can test their trivia. Afterwards, we pamper ourselves with an aperitif on the veranda of our 5 star hotel in the posh town of Taormina. A trip to Sicily is packed full unforgettable memories to refresh the soul.
• Sicily Spring Departures: Apr 23-29, May 7-13, May 28-Jun 3, Jun 4-10.

Cucina Toscana, Tuscany Combine the love of biking and the passion for good food into one great vacation. On Bike Riders' Tuscany Guest Chef Biking Adventure in May we learn the secrets of authentic Tuscan cooking with Chef Francesco Ricchi, native Florentine and chef/owner of Maryland's Cesco all while biking through a classic Tuscan landscape..golden sunflower fields, hilltop villages and pencil straight cypress trees that pave the way to our next luxurious villa. We enjoy shopping alongside our chef at the market in Montepulciano and prepare specialties such as panzanella, crostini topped with patè del fungo and handmade gnocchi with basil and peas. La Bella Italia never seemed better.
