Grands Crus & Great Chefs Burgundy If you are a francophile at heart, then head to France on the October 1-8 trip, Grands Crus and Great Chefs in Burgundy, with Guest Chef Alessandro Stratta of Alex at Wynn Las Vegas. Recently recommended in Bon Appetit Magazine, Bike Riders trip to Burgundy includes beautiful routes through the renowned vineyards along the Route des Grands Crus and first class culinary classics as escargots de Bourgogne and Charolais beef.
