Bike Riders Critical Acclaim Bike Riders is proud to be featured in the January/February issue of AARP The Magazine highlighting our Dolce Vita in the Veneto trip.
Writer James Morgan reflects upon his journey through the Veneto with Bike Riders. Read for yourself as he takes you through the sights, sounds and the tastes of one of our favorite regions of Northern Italy.
Another pleasure was getting to the tops of hills, which I discovered was always worth it. One afternoon in Asolo, following a luxurious postride shower, I wandered up the winding street from Villa Cipriani into the heart of town. This was Piazza Garibaldi, whose centerpiece is a beautiful 16th-century fountain fed by a Roman aqueduct. I took a table at a nearby cafe, ordered a glass of the local wine, and started to work on my notes. • Dolce Vita in the Veneto: May 27-Jun 1, Jul 15-20, Sep 2-7, Sep 30-Oct 5
