James Beard Nominates Marc Orfaly Bike Riders would like to congratulate Marc Orfaly owner and chef of Boston's Pigalle and Marco restaurants on his recent nomination for Best Chef Northeast by the prestigious James Beard Foundation. He joins a running list of Bike Riders Guest Chefs and James Beard Award winners, including Alex Stratta on our September Puglia Adventure and Roberto Donna, headlining our Puglia Guest Chef Adventure this May.
Bike Riders is proud and excited to feature Marc as our Guest Chef on our Provence adventure this September. No stranger to French cuisine, Marc takes his skills and creativity on the road and shows Bike Riders why his Pigalle restaurant has garnered such rave reviews. Using the fresh ingredients and picturesque backdrop of the Provencial landscape, Marc and Bike Riders create a truly unique French experience.
