Too appealing to leave to the eye alone, Bike Riders is excited to announce new Guest Chef destinations for 2008 that offer the same perfect combination of beauty and flavor as our signature destinations.
Cuisine Aquitaine in the Dordogne, France and Cocina Caliente in Andalucia, Spain join our roster of trips in Italy (Tuscany, Umbria, Puglia, Sicily) and France (Provence and Burgundy). The group size is small, the pace is your own and the experience is true with award-winning celebrity chefs riding side-by-side with you.

Our new Guest Chef trips
Cocina Caliente in Andalucia, Spain.
From the warm dry breezes to the fresh, brilliant flavors, everything about this trip is caliente. Offered for the first time in May, the trip combines amazing biking with the culinary expertise of Brad Steelman of The River Café in New York.
Cuisine Aquitaine in the Dordogne, France.
Known for its hearty dishes and history, the Dordogne is a perfect destination for our Guest Chef Adventure in September 2008. And there is no one better suited than Michael Ginor from Hudson Valley Foie Gras, a chef who has established his reputation on foods from this region.
