James Beard award-winning chef/owner Jody Adams of Rialto Restaurant in Cambridge, MA, national acclaimed chef Rick Moonen of rm seafood in Las Vegas, NV and celebrity chef, James Boyce, formerly of Studio in Laguna Beach, CA are among the popular list of chefs to bike with us.

Returning to Italy with Bike Riders - this time Umbria, Chef Adams spoils our guests with her culinary talents that reveal the earthy flavors of Umbrian cuisine. Rialto, named one of Esquire magazines top restaurants in the country is a Bike Riders local favorite.

Rick Moonen
No stranger to Bike Riders, celebrity Chef Rick Moonen embarks on a journey to Sicily & the Aeolian Islands. Earning the reputation as the "quintessential seafood culinary author and chef," Bike Riders guests will experience first hand his passion for seafood.

James Boyce
Celebrated for his "ever-changing California-influenced French cuisine at Studio," Executive Chef James Boyce, adds his flavor to the Cuisine Aquitaine in the Dordogne this September.

Additional celebrity chefs to join Bike Riders this season include; Roberto Donna of Galileo & Bebo Trattoria, Sanford D'Amato of Sanford, Matt & Kate Jennings of the Farmstead, Francesco Ricchi of D'Acqua Restaurant, Enzo Fargione of Teatro Goldoni, Rob Evans of Hugo's Restaurant and chef/consultant, Francis Reynard.
