La Cuisine du Soleil Provence, France 'Food-focused trips to culinary hot spots around the world,' Bon Appetit recommends Bike Riders' Provence Guest Chef tour in their June 2004 issue. From a salt tasting in St. Rémy, to a visit to an escargot farm, or a blending of pistou at a country villa, the stunning countryside and tiny villages of Provence are the perfect backdrop for our leisurely biking and cooking lessons on our Provence Guest Chef trip. Prepare such legendary classics as black olive tapenade, crispy pissaladière, and rabbit pâté with Guest Chef Francis Reynard, a native Frenchman and corporate chef consultant in charge of special events at restaurant Daniel in New York City. Dates are Sept 20-27 and Oct 4-11.

Shop alongside this great chef as he searches the markets for the perfect porcini for our crostiniand the exact zesty pecorino to be paired with a glass of Rosso di Montipulciano.
